I have five of these bins and I use them to store flour, sugar, gluten-free baking mix, dry garbanzo beans, and rice. I have a scoop in each one and they provide easy access for refilling working containers in our kitchen and easy to label and view each product. The lid fits ok, my only complaint, but keeps food fresh.

Not only are these great for storing large batches of food, but they won’t stain like plastic does, so you can put things like marinara in them over and over and they wash out perfectly fine. Comes in a bunch of different sizes too, extremely convenient.

I purchased it for use as sous vide tub because I wanted a smaller container. I cut a hole in the lid and it works great. I looked for some time and would have purchased this one sooner if I knew it was made in the USA. The quality of this item was extraordinary.
