I do a great deal of meal prep each weekend for numerous reasons. I love being able to pull out a container of pre-made food and reheat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the week when I am busy working and do not feel like cooking. I also like being able to eat food I prepared myself, as I am diabetic and it is healthier to eat well-balanced meals I made over a tv dinner from the store. I have been through a lot of containers over the years, and I really like these containers quite a lot. They are very sturdy. They are slightly smaller than the containers I am replacing them with, however, that is great as it helps me better control the portion size of my meals. The lids are fantastic. Just press each corner slightly and the lids snap in place. The value of these containers versus the price is tremendous. I will be using these containers for all my meal prep needs.

I started doing meal prep a few months ago, and these have made it a breeze! I love that they are dishwasher safe and they seem to be lasting over several uses. I bought these end-of-the-round ones which are great for the serving sizes I needed. Once I’ve eaten the portion I rinse it out and put it in my dishwasher and I only have to run my dishwasher Once a week. It saves my other container ware from being used
